Terrance Range is Program Manager for the Mastercard Foundation Scholars Program at Michigan State University in the Office for International Studies and Programs (ISP). The vision of the MasterCard Foundation Scholars Program is to educate and develop academically qualified yet economically disadvantaged young people in Africa who will contribute to the transformation of the continent. In addition, as a university-level office under the leadership of an associate provost and dean, ISP supports international activities throughout the institution, working to mobilize MSU's research and scholarship, enhance study abroad and other educational programs, form and strengthen international partnerships and welcome and support international visitors, scholars and students.
