Peter Papagiannis is the Alumni Relations Manager at the University of Auckland in New Zealand. He has previously worked in Canada and Germany, which has shaped his perspective on global communities and what is possible when we bring together stakeholders from different countries and cultures. He focuses on empowering alumni to play important roles in elevating departments and initiatives, across institutes – from student clubs to world-class research.  

 Peter credits CASE with his inspiration to pursue a career in higher education and is grateful for the network and resources provided by the organisation. Since 2015, he has been an advocate and volunteer for CASE, organising conferences and speaking at events with CASE Europe and CASE APAC. He recently joined the steering committee for the Australian Universities Alumni Professional Group (AUAPG).
