Bio

Prisca is Senior Director of Prospect Development at the University of Georgia. She is a strategic, innovative, and collaborative fundraising research professional with more than 20 years of experience. As a key member of the Research and Prospect Management operation at UGA, she leads her team in supporting fundraising efforts for priority institutional initiatives, the office of the University President and Vice President, the central office fundraising teams,  and more than 18 schools, colleges, and units. She successfully led the Advancement Research and Prospect Management operations in closing out two comprehensive campaigns for the University of Georgia.

Throughout her career, Prisca has contributed to her field by presenting and participating in a range of professional organizations. She is a frequent speaker at APRA International, APRA-GA, APRA Chapters Share The Knowledge, Apra Plug In to Leadership, CASE, GEAC, and AACSB.

Prisca is a member of Apra and serves as Award Chair. She's Program Director for Apra-GA, on the board of GEAC, AFP Leadership mentor, and part of CASE Faculty for Prospect Development.

As a leader, Prisca is dynamic and creative. She combines comprehensive management experiences to motivate, train, coach, and advance her team.

Prior to joining the development community, Prisca worked as an interior designer in Europe and the US. She holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Georgia.
