Ram Semo is the director of the division for advancement and external relations. He was born and raised on Kibbutz Ein Dor in the north of Israel. Following military service in the parachute brigade he studied at the Hebrew University, gaining a B.A. in sociology and business studies, and an MBA. Ram was previously director of the office of the university president and most recently the university's financial controller.
