3 Questions You Must Answer in Your Project Proposals
You have a great idea for a new initiative—and it needs approval from your supervisor to move forward. To help your idea gain traction, be prepared to answer these questions.
- When will you find the time? Explain how and when the new project fits into the current work plan.
- How does your project contribute to the mission? Explain how your initiative fits into your institution’s strategic goals.
- What do you need to make it happen? Explain how the additional staff, resources, and space needed are proportionate to the project’s return on investment.
