Launched for the first time, the CASE Advancement Services Survey aims to understand how professionals at European higher education institutions approach digital transformation – institutionally and departmentally, for fundraising, marketing and communications, and alumni relations. The survey also aims to understand what immediate impact COVID-19 has had on digital transformation plans and strategies at HE institutions.
