Claiming Our Story: The Imperative for Higher Education
WHAT: The Council for Advancement and Support of Education is hosting a panel discussion with leading voices in higher education on what can be done to rebuild trust and demonstrate the intrinsic value of higher education as a public good.
WHO: Sue Cunningham, president and CEO of the Council for Advancement and Support of Education, will moderate the panel discussion. The speakers on the panel are:

WHY: Nearly every day, it seems, there is a quote or tweet taking an educational institution-or the entire sector-to task. Student debt, administrative salaries, large endowments, campus disruptions...the list goes on. Our panel will outline the challenges and discuss the implications for the people who are working to advance education throughout the world.
