Cultivate a Happier Workforce

Feeling stress and anxiety at work? Learn how to create a positive workplace culture.
In a recent Forbes article, Anthony Wong shares ways to prioritize happiness at work, which in turn boosts motivation and productivity.
- Giving And Receiving Feedback. “Creating an atmosphere where teams feel comfortable both giving and receiving feedback regularly will support a culture of positive, open communication,” Wong writes. “With open communication comes a workforce that can effectively and productively carry out their work without fear of having to have challenging conversations.”
- Room To Grow. “Progression doesn't always automatically mean financial gain or reward,” Wong states. “Providing a comprehensive learning and development program not only allows your teams to upskill and delve into areas of interest, but it also shows them that you're prepared to invest time and energy into their personal growth.”
- Room To Live. “Part of creating a happy, healthy company culture is making sure everyone has enough time to immerse themselves in the things they enjoy doing outside working hours,” said Wong.
