Planning Committee Named for 2018 Conference for Community College Grant Professionals
Cyndi Drummond, director of grant development for Lone Star College in Texas, has been named chair of the 2018 Conference for Community College Grant Professionals planning committee. Nancy Nuell, associate senior vice president of advancement and community engagement for Montgomery College in Maryland, will serve as vice chair.
The conference will take place Nov. 16-17, 2018, in Washington D.C.
Other members of the conference planning team include:
- Michelle Alexander, Director of Institutional Advancement & Executive Director, Vernon College Foundation, Vernon College, TX
- Catherine Crary, Grants Manager, Maricopa Community College District, AZ
- Michael (Mike) Massoglia, Director, Grant Writing and Development, Forsyth Technical Community College, NC
The conference will address the unique public and private grant-related challenges professionals face on a daily basis at community colleges around the nation. The conference is geared toward new and experienced grants development and management professionals, who desire to stay current on key trends and important developments in the field of public and private grants.
March 23 is the deadline to submit proposals for the 2018 Conference for Community College Grants Professionals.
