My name is Samantha, I have just graduated from Cardiff University and have now joined the CASE team there. I grew up in Devon, and although I love the bustling and non-stop fun that comes with a busy Cardiff city life, there is nothing I love more than being near the sea and watching the sun go down.

This past year has been great and there are lots of moments that I am incredibly proud of—but raising £3,500 for the breast cancer awareness charity Coppafeel! with my Uni Boob Team committee is going to be a moment to remember. We spent the year showing young people the signs and symptoms of breast cancer and raising funds for this wonderful charity.

This summer has gone so quickly that I can’t believe it! Through squeezing in moments of travelling and visits whilst balancing a part-time job, I’ve managed to keep up with my writing in a bid to keep my brain switched on since finishing my studies. I started a blog where I review all the latest books I’ve read as well as think pieces.
