Bio

Tamara Michel Josserand joined University of Redlands in October 2018 as vice president for university advancement. Prior to this, Tamara served as assistant dean of advancement for University of Illinois at Chicago, School of Public Health, where she successfully directed the school’s $80 million comprehensive campaign. With more than twenty years of advancement expertise, she has held key fundraising and leadership roles at several Universities including UNLV, University of Chicago, and Northwestern University.  She has also served as a senior consultant for the national consulting firm, Campbell and Company, and has successfully assisted numerous not for profits, and colleges over the years.  Tamara holds an MBA from the University of Chicago, Booth School of Business; an Ed.M from the Harvard Graduate School of Education; and a BA from Connecticut College.
