Victoria Marzilli is the director of communications and outreach at the Harvard College Admissions and Financial Aid Office, where she's worked for more than five years in various roles. She oversees all digital communications and recruitment efforts for the office, including website strategy, email campaigns, video and multimedia production, social media, and digital content development.

She began her career at a digital marketing agency and later moved in-house, running social media for an international development and relief organization. She's built her career on developing strategic and creative digital communications to further the missions of institutions, organizations and other mission-driven businesses.
