Vince Sweeney is a communications professional with nearly four decades of experience and a track record of success in journalism, collegiate athletics and higher education administration.

Sweeney currently serves as vice president for communications for the Wisconsin Foundation and Alumni Association, where he manages the organization's internal and external communications functions and provides strategic communications counsel to the CEO and leadership team. He also serves as chair of WFAA's Issue Management Committee and leads an eight-person communications team.

An award-winning writer and author, Sweeney serves as president of Sweeney and Associates LLC—an independent management consulting firm that provides strategic communications counsel to CEOs and others in leadership.
