Rachel Sandison is Deputy Vice-Chancellor, External Engagement and Vice Principal, External Relations at the University of Glasgow, Scotland (United Kingdom). As a member of the University’s senior management team, Rachel is responsible for strategic leadership for domestic and international student recruitment; marketing, brand, and reputation; undergraduate and postgraduate admissions; international affairs and partnership development; and fundraising and alumni relations. Previously she was the Director of Marketing, Student Recruitment, and Alumni Relations at the University of Aberdeen. Rachel is a Chartered Marketer by The Chartered Institute of Marketing, a member of the Universities Scotland International Committee, and sits on a number of sector advisory boards. Rachel is a recipient of the CASE Crystal Apple Award for Teaching Excellence, is a member of the CASE Europe Regional Council, and was a member of the CASE Commission on Communications and Marketing. She currently serves as Treasurer on the CASE Board of Trustees, a role she has held since 2022. Rachel is being nominated as CASE Board Chair-Elect for a two-year term.
MATTHEW LAMBERT

Matthew Lambert is the Senior Vice President for University Advancement and Chief Executive Officer of the William & Mary Foundation, at William & Mary in Williamsburg, Virginia (USA). In his role, he oversees all William & Mary efforts related to alumni engagement, private fundraising and philanthropic outreach, university marketing and alumni communications, and career development and professional engagement. Previously he was Associate Vice President for University Development at Georgetown University. Matthew is the author of Privatization and the Public Good: Public Universities in the Balance (Harvard Education Press), and Co-editor of Advancing Higher Education: New Strategies for Fundraising, Philanthropy, and Engagement (Rowman & Littlefield). He currently serves at Secretary on the CASE Board of Trustees, a role he has held since 2022. Matthew is being nominated as CASE Board Treasurer for a two-year term.
MONTIQUE COTTON KELLY

Montique Cotton Kelly is the Senior Vice President for Stakeholder Engagement and Chief Operating Officer at the University of Connecticut Foundation in Storrs, Connecticut (USA). In this role, she drives operational and capital campaign strategy; oversees key administrative functions; guides a culture of inclusivity; and manages the departments of alumni relations, marketing and communications, annual giving, stewardship, and board engagement. Previously she was the Vice President, Alumni Relations and Marketing at the University of Connecticut and Executive Director of the Alumni Association at Bowling Green State University. Mo has been active in the Council of Alumni Association Executives and is a former Chair of CASE District I and a member of the CASE Summit for Leaders in Advancement Planning Committee. She currently serves as an At-Large Member on the CASE Board of Trustees, a role she has held since 2022. Mo is being nominated as CASE Board Secretary for a two-year term.

Mary Gresch is Senior Vice President for University Advancement at the University of Washington, in Seattle, Washington (USA). She oversees the university’s marketing and communications, development, alumni and stakeholder engagement, and advancement operations functions. Previously she was Vice President for Communications at Chief Marketing Officer at the University of Washington, Principal at Mary Gresch and Associates, and Associate Vice President for Strategic Communications and Marketing at Washington State University. Mary serves as Chair of the CASE Advisory Committee on the Value of Higher Education and a member of the CASE 50. She also served as a member of the CASE Commission on Philanthropy and the CASE Global Reporting Standards Working Group. Mary is being nominated as at At-Large Trustee for a three-year term.
BRIAN HASTINGS

Brian Hastings serves as President and CEO of the University of Nebraska Foundation in Lincoln, Nebraska (USA). In his role, he works to grow relationships and resources for the four campuses of the University of Nebraska. Previously, Brian held numerous roles at The Ohio State University including Senior Associate Vice President and Campaign Executive Director and Assistant Vice President for Principal Gifts. He also led the annual giving program at the University of Dayton. Brian currently serves as Chair of CASE’s Commission on Philanthropy and is a member of the CASE Regional Council for US and Canada and the CASE 50. He was Co-Chair of the CASE Global Reporting Standards Working Group and member of the Steering Committee for College and University Foundations. In 2023 he received the CASE District IV Individual Achievement Award. Brian currently serves as an At-Large Trustee on the CASE Board, a role he has held since 2021, and is being nominated to serve another three-year term.
JENNIFER KARLSON

Jennifer Karlson is the Vice President of Advancement and Community Engagement at The University of Queensland in Brisbane (Australia). She joined the university in 2017 as Pro-Vice-Chancellor (Advancement) to lead its first comprehensive philanthropic campaign. Previously, she was the Assistant Dean of Advancement for the College of Letters and Sciences at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. She also held positions as Senior Director of Development and Strategy Manager and Director of Development at the University of Wisconsin Foundation. Jennifer was the 2019 Chair of the CASE Asia-Pacific Advancement Conference and is a current member of the CASE Regional Council for Asia-Pacific, a role she has held since 2021. She is being nominated as at At-Large Trustee for a three-year term.

Tony Proudfoot in the Vice President for Strategic Communications at Western Michigan University in Kalamazoo, Michigan (USA). In his position, Tony provides vision and the leadership to advance institutional marketing and communication efforts and directs WMU’s Office of Marketing and Strategic Communications. Previously he served as Associate Vice President of Marketing and Brand Management at The University of Arizona and Associate Vice President for Marketing and Communications at Ball State University. Tony was a member of the CASE Commission on Communications and Marketing and the Planning Committee for the CASE Summit for Leaders in Advancement. He currently serves as an At-Large Trustee on the CASE Board, a role he has held since 2022, and is being nominated to serve a one-year term.
MARC WEINSTEIN

Marc Weinstein is Vice-President, University Advancement at McGill University in Montreal (Canada). In his role, he works with senior levels of administration, overseeing all fundraising and donor relations activities and leading a team responsible for developing alumni engagement and services. Before joining McGill, Marc served as vice-president and general counsel of the McGill University Health Centre Foundation. He is a member of the Conference Board of Canada’s National Council of Foundation Executives (NCOFE) and the Canadian Council for the Advancement of Education (CCAE). Marc is a current member of the CASE 50 and a former member of the CASE Commission on Philanthropy and the CASE Insights Advisory Committee. He is being nominated as an At-Large Trustee for a two-year term.
