Bio

Amanda Holdsworth is passionate about helping driven and ambitious PR and marketing professionals level-up in their current roles through her company, Courses for Communicators. She also serves as a consultant to K-12 and higher ed institutions with CommunicatED, and teaches the next generation of leaders at Cleary University, where she is an assistant professor.

She has landed coverage in major print and broadcast outlets such as "Good Morning America," Forbes, USA Today, Parents Magazine, U.S. News & World Report and Today.com, and after 25 years in the field, she still gets an adrenaline rush every time her pitch gets picked up!

The proud recipient of 23 creative awards, Holdsworth is obsessed with research, processes, marketing audits, budget analyses and employee engagement, and has guided numerous schools, colleges, universities and start-ups in these areas.

She holds a bachelor's degree in communications management and honors international studies from Robert Morris University and both a master's degree in strategic public relations and a doctorate in education from the University of Southern California.
