From the Nominator
This entry highlights the change communication approach and outputs during the implementation of a new advancement information system within Concordia University’s advancement and external relations department. Change communications targeted the project team, steering committee and all members of the department’s staff. The new system—named Gazelle—went live in May 2018 to support and facilitate the department’s operational growth, including our recently launched comprehensive fundraising campaign, the most ambitious in our university’s history.
From the Judges
Thoughtful planning to onboard internal folks with the system and convey the benefits, along with consistent communication—messaging, channels, value, collaboration—across the project.
