The University of Florida Foundation’s annual endowment reporting process is managed by Donor Relations. With over 3,500 endowment reports to track, compile, edit and collate every year, it was imperative for Donor Relations to take action to streamline and enhance the reporting process. The major priority was to simplify and expedite information gathering from the 800+ faculty and fund administrators across campus who are asked to report annually on the fund’s utilization.
From the Judges
Good approach to scale the production of endowment reports that is an important tool for stewardship. They got external partners to use it (e.g. faculty) which enhanced the value. Efficiency and efficacy seems to have been achieved.
