Alumni programs are typically challenging for international schools, where many alumni end up in foreign countries.  With this in mind, the American School used technology and connectivity to build its alumni database and gather the memories its 130-year history.

Apart from putting creating a robust online platform to manage databases and interaction, the American School, implemented a discovery process to discover emotional triggers for engaging alumni.

With this solid background, the school launched a social media campaign and referral program to contact alumni from as far back as the 30’s, 30’s and 50’s.  With a 10 fold increase in their alumni database, American School of Mexico City is deserving of the platinum award.
