Publications: Student Recruitment (Individual Publications)
Entries should be a single print publication, such as a brochure, catalog or viewbook, produced in support of student recruitment or retention. The audience can be potential or returning students, parents, employers, alumni or others who would be engaged in student recruitment. While entries will be evaluated based on concept and creativity, this is not a design category. The publication can promote the entire institution, a specific college or major, as well as services for potential students, such as financial aid, counseling, and housing.
Judges will score nominations from 1 (lowest) to 10 (highest) in these five areas:
Overall concept and creativity
Content, writing and editing
Impact and results
Understanding of target audience(s)
Use of resources (budget, people, and time) and return on investment
Judges also may consider:
Ability to serve as a model for other institutions
Quality and clarity of nomination and supporting materials
