This series was filled with rich colors that met their mission of being authentic with a little grit. The interesting use of lens flare that was prominent in many of the photos helped deftly tie the series together. In addition, strong composition and beautiful color scheme built on that consistency. The photographer found interesting ways of looking at a subject, whether it be a sports teams or a building. Additionally, the energy from the environment played a role in the photo.
