The strategy had a very comprehensive scope and prioritized internal buy-in.
The goals were clear and the outcomes were strong. The research was extensive and included the seven counties that contributed to the university. The visual branding had great significance and represented the research findings. The student profiles were very thorough and was great a strategy to give framework and prospective. The budget was modest - from reallocating funds - and a great investment.
