“WE DARE YOU BU” used bold but simple text on the cover to draw in prospective student – making it clear in a bold, edgy, and aggressive style when you turn the cover to the inside page what students they are seeking to recruit. A centerfold photograph of Boston that folds out to a map of Commonwealth Avenue provides a beautiful overview of the exciting energy on campus and the opportunities available. Student profiles are relatable and well designed, accentuating key messages in the publication. The entry was innovative as the design team made tough design choices to reduce the cost without sacrificing good design or quality – the result is engaging, pulling you in to read it cover to cover.
