The dedication of the University of Miami School of Nursing and Health Studies (SONHS) Simulation Hospital took place on September 28, 2017. Conceived as a living laboratory in which students become active agents of their learning, and deploying state-of-the-art simulation technology, this five-story, 41,000-square-foot facility replicates the true flow of activities in a real-world hospital, primary care clinic and home-care setting.

They were so creative! They used the simulation concept in extraordinary ways by bringing the entire audience into an immersive experience. Best of all, the experience was completely focused on the unique mission of the institution.
