Strong need due to decreased admissions. Well-designed and executed campaign. Did NOT use professional outside consulting to guide them through the research and implementation, they did everything internally through a cost-conscious budget. Impressive results, especially since they did not use an outside consultant/vendor (although they did review existing research as a guide).
