This film, created to represented a unit of the college, captured the student experience, the curriculum, and the faculty:student dynamic. The viewer observes classes, practices or performances in action, almost as a participant. The stated diversity of the theatre program is evidenced through the faculty and students featured in the film; moreover, the students and faculty speak with a natural facility and warmth that is sometimes lacking in a more formal “interview” approach. This video succinctly and effectively captures the mission of the theatre department and demonstrates knowledge of the target audience. Well done, all around.
