"Update Your Details" Campaign

This entry covers the University of Adelaide's ‘Update your details' campaign. The campaign ran from February 2017 through to September 2017 and was aimed at increasing the accuracy of information we held on individual alumni and increasing the overall level of contactable alumni. Specifically, alumni were asked to update their personal details with a focus on email address and business details. Alumni that either confirmed their details were correct or updated their details went in to the draw for a chance to win the trip of a lifetime, two business class airfares to see the Northern Lights in Iceland, valued at $15,000. The University of Adelaide chose this as an incentive as it complimented the University's current marketing brand of ‘Seek Light', which in turn compliments the University's motto ‘Sub Cruce Lumen', loosely translating to ‘The light (of learning) under the (Southern) Cross'.
