While our primary aim is for our sophisticated, urban, and eye-catching look to connect with prospective parents and students, we are also engaging current families, students, alumnae, and employees with access to our event calendar, featured news, social media mash-up page, and captivating student profiles that reflect the diversity of our student body. For prospective families, the site offers “Apply Now” and “Request Information” buttons on each page; our sticky navigation, with a menu remaining at the top, allows users to move freely within the site; and our dynamic search function helps users to discover more—about the International Baccalaureate (IB) program, for example, or student life, or the research centre, etc.

One judge summed up Branksome Hall’s website like this: “Of all the sites we’ve seen, this is the one I shared with other people to illustrate the WOW factor.” The black-and-white homepage photography, silhouettes, and well-crafted profiles that introduce students, and ease of navigation make this site a winner.
