Gender inequality remains a persistent challenge across different sectors in the United States. Women continue to be underpaid and underrepresented in many industries, particularly in fields in science, technology, engineering, math, business and finance, and entertainment. As a contemporary girls’ school with a mission to educate the future female leaders of this country, The Archer School for Girls is in a special position to partner with companies and change the trajectory for women in the workplace. Leveraging this advantage, Archer introduced “Invest in Tomorrow,” a multi-pronged corporate fundraising model designed to provide companies with opportunities to improve gender diversity in their workplaces and invest in female leaders.
