The role of student affairs professionals in student success and learning outcomes continues to evolve. Too often, this role is overlooked. The Level Up Program is a user-friendly website that tracks all student professional development and training in one convenient location. This allows leadership to align broader institutional assessments and learning objectives with applied learning through student employment.

The institution developed a user-friendly website for professional development of student employees with games, scores, rewards while progressing through four levels with granting supervisors the ability to track progress. This was a very innovative and engaging program that utilizes motivation and interest in games to helps students see a connection between their employment and professional development.
