From the Judges
This issue is a visual feast, and the content delivers as well—smart, witty, varied and with clever hooks to get into all of it. From the smart cover onward, I read every word of this book, even though I have no affiliation with the university. The Connor McDavid piece, the parents—aging-at-home, all of the how-tos were essential reading. And the look of this book is terrific throughout—you get a real sense of personality and confident design behind it. Everything! It's fun, it's engaging, it FEELS like a magazine, like something I would buy on the newsstand. It celebrates your alums and treats them like people and engages with them where they want to be. There is some real advice here that is useful, and there's some really cool stuff too. I mean, that ink how-to was AWESOME. What a cool idea. You should be REALLY proud. So much creativity and innovation!
