In order to continue to inspire high-achieving students to apply to the University of Georgia and to communicate the distinct opportunities and value a University of Georgia education offers, the university set out to create a more optimized and immersive visitor experience for prospective students and their families.

Our judges panel loved that UGA selected the comprehensive visitor experience associated with a physical space for this award submission — and had data to prove that the strategy and creative were effective. It was clearly successful and demonstrates the importance of the campus visit. The project made great use of internal resources, and the Visitors Center “then" and “now" comparison is stunning. The brand and key messages shine in the new space. Their results illustrate clearly the impact this comprehensive improvement approach had on UGA.
