From the Nominator
The USC 1996 Society is a fundraising program designed to introduce USC donors to giving to a general endowment. In 2016, there were several underdeveloped areas in the USC development portfolio, such as the nonexistence of a general endowment. The overall aim of the program is to develop a vehicle that could support multiyear giving to a USC general endowment.
From the Judges
We love the design of this piece and this emerging program. Judges appreciate the dandelion imagery and how it connects to students leaving to become alumni, planting those seeds to become successful, encouraging others to apply to school, and ultimately giving back.
