On June 6, 2018, the alumni associations of The Ohio State University and Ohio University joined forces by hosting the inaugural Women’s Leadership Symposium. During eight hours together and 20 sessions, we shared new and engaging ways to help women empower themselves. The day began with an inspiring keynote by Ohio Supreme Court Justice Yvette McGee Brown. Throughout the event, attendees had opportunities to choose between concurrent sessions led by entrepreneurial and innovative women. Speakers included leaders in business, education, research, government, and the nonprofit sector.
