With over 3,500 annual endowment reports to track, compile, edit, and collate annually, it was imperative for the donor relations team to find a more efficient and streamlined reporting process. The University of Florida donor relations team initiated a complete overhaul of the annual endowment reporting process, which resulted in higher donor satisfaction rates, significantly reduced personnel resources, and increased buy-in from campus partners.
