Brand Image Campaign
From the Nominator
The Syracuse University Brand Image Campaign is an integrated effort to elevate the Syracuse University profile and deepen people’s perception of who we are and what we do. It is meant to convey high-level position understanding for several different audiences, and to enhance their understanding of who we are, what we stand for, and how we’re different. The driving force behind this campaign is to continue building on the strong brand foundation of the Syracuse University name while furthering the goal of presenting ourselves to the world as a premier institution—strong, empowering, “One University.” We’re seeking to define and describe what it truly means to "Be Orange" in terms of outcomes by connecting our brand positioning pillars to the color orange.
From the Judges
The creative was clean, appealing, and consistent. The integration of student profiles, stories, and imagery throughout the campaign was a highlight. We could see how this campaign could have longevity, with the continued introduction of new students and new "Be You" taglines. The creative fit well across all platforms, and had great results for the institution.
