The Senior Prom was an event planned and executed successfully by the 2019 senior class gift committee and the 2019 class ambassadors. Serving as a final push for the gift committee's fundraising goals and the ambassador’s goals to build class affinity, this event made for a fantastic addition to Grinnell's commencement weekend. Held at the off-campus venue of Hotel Grinnell, this special senior event hosted a silent auction, appetizers, drinks, a yearbook table, music, and dancing.

We enjoyed many aspects of Grinnell College’s Senior Prom. Most notably was the collaboration between student organizations to achieve a common goal. We were equally impressed by the partnerships garnered across campus and in the community to gather resources and meet goals. Lastly, we commend the success of the program and students by their ability to nearly double the participation rate over the previous year.
