This was a really lovely piece and impressed all the judges. The cover is unique with both the illustration and the embossing. The cover instantly makes you want to open the book and read more. The beautiful illustrations are continued consistently throughout the piece and are balanced by other inventive design elements and flourishes. The continuity of the use of illustrations throughout is playful and wonderful. The photography is really strong. The design never gets busy and makes a great use of white space.
