Wharton Magazine
From the Nominator
Wharton Magazine serves as an essential connection between the Wharton School and its alumni population of roughly 100,000 graduates, with stories about the ideas and people who define the school's global community. Whether our readers are recent grads or emeritus alumni, the magazine is a bridge between them, their classmates, and their alma mater—one that ideally will generate increased pride as a member of the Wharton community, and lead to more engagement with the alumni network and school. To that end, recent pieces exploring innovation in the world of finance, modern-era space exploration, and opportunities in the lucrative, yet complex, cannabis industry illustrate the breadth of work being done by Wharton graduates in a range of cutting-edge areas. Other pieces focused on the student experience and faculty research covered by the Knowledge@Wharton team introduce readers to institutional initiatives that are shaping the ways we learn and work.
