In “The Career Conversation,” we gathered three alumni for a frank discussion of navigating one's career through unexpected setbacks. We published this article in our Spring 2020 issue, our magazine's first issue since the start of the COVID-19 crisis, and during a time when the very nature of work was changing for people around the world. Our alumni each shared deeply personal stories about how they made it through difficult times in their own work lives, and they provided their best advice for readers dealing with career changes in 2020.
