UNCSA Together: A Response to COVID-19's Impact on the Arts

The “UNCSA Together” video was the centerpiece of a brand awareness campaign for UNCSA, released in June 2020. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic’s impact on the arts and entertainment industry, “UNCSA Together” underscores the university’s position as the nation’s oldest publicly-funded arts conservatory. It celebrates the enduring power of the arts, which were alive and thriving despite the challenges of remote learning and the pandemic. During the 10 weeks of the paid campaign, “UNCSA Together” received more than 5.3 million impressions.
From the Judges
We loved the visuals, dramatic touches of lightness and dark, and interesting contrasts (stage lights up and down, flickering lights, etc). This PSA is a perfect example of show don't tell. We can easily see through the sophistication of the sets, the lights, the grip truck. etc. that students will get a high-caliber arts education here.
