The university wanted to engage and build excitement for new incoming students prior to arriving on campus. We decided to use their school IDs. A system was built that allowed students to self-submit a photo for their student ID. IDs were printed in-house using the student's submitted photo. The admission office packaged the student's ID with a SU-branded lanyard in the Benny Box and then labeled and mailed it to the students.
