"Oregon State Athletics and its fundraising arm, Our Beaver Nation, collaborated to create a "Completing Reser Stadium (CRS) Experience Center" to provide qualified supporters with the opportunity to visualize their premium seat experience if they purchased one. Most prospects toured the space in person, but some could not visit due to scheduling conflicts, proximity to campus, or COVID concerns.
I developed a strategy to use the ThankView platform to “bring the experience to them” by creating personalized videos from their relationship managers that transitioned into the same flyover video they would see if they were physically in the space. There was a call to action that provided access to digital documents, which allowed them to review each of the available premium spaces in more detail.
We set up a ring light and camera and shot each personalized introductory video inside the CRS Experience Center. The script had a tone of “wish you were here,” but assured them they were not missing out on anything thanks the efforts we were making."
