Exam Love Letter Parody
From the Nominator
"This video was a clever, original idea to wish our current student audience good luck on their final exams after a full year of online learning. This was entirely shot and produced in-house, with some shots filmed at home and some outdoors on campus.
After a full year of online learning due to the pandemic, and students having to be on their computers and Zoom for countless hours that academic year, this video is a parody of a farewell love letter from the point of view of a laptop to a student. The video includes a robotic voice-over from the perspective of a laptop, personifying the object while bidding farewell to their “besties” (aka the students). The computer, reciting a parody of a love letter, said how much it will miss them after a full year of being together learning online, while at the same time celebrating their accomplishment and hard work finishing the academic year entirely online."
