"Trending Globally is a biweekly podcast that explores some of the biggest policy challenges of our time with help of the worlds’ leading experts. By drawing on the faculty and researchers at Brown University’s Watson Institute for International and Public Affairs to explore pressing global issues, the show provides unique angles and essential context to the day’s headlines.
We thought there would be a significant audience for analysis and commentary by our community of scholars, which is what initially led us to produce this podcast in-house. Over the last few years, with a small team (one full-time producer and one part-time host) we’ve created a show that broadcasts the work being done at our institute to thousands of listeners in over 40 countries around the world."
