Building a Culture of Philanthropy
Everyone in the organization - the head of school, board of trustees, faculty and staff, parents, alumni, and grandparents - all play a key role in building a philanthropic community. Philanthropy is egalitarian; everyone can give. Development professionals have the opportunity to make this possible for all, and to ensure that every donor feels proud of their investment in your school. In this session, we will unpack ways to empower, encourage, and support a culture of philanthropy in which time, treasure, and talent are celebrated and expected.

How to Prioritize When Everything is Important
Are you always busy but feel like you have nothing to show for it at the end of the day? Are you juggling dozens of tasks and overwhelmed by what to focus on first? Do you feel as if you are working 50 or more hours a week, but despite the long hours and hard work, you are not achieving the productivity results that you aim for each day? This workshop will help you to identify and implement time-saving strategies to prioritize those tasks so that you are less busy and more productive. By the end of this workshop, you will gain time-management and productivity tools to feel more accomplished every. single. day.
