APAC 2023 hosts five key programmes:
- Main Conference Programme (17-18 May)
As Global Exchange is the theme for APAC 2023, the main conference programme has been tailored to serve the diverse needs of advancement professionals from across the Asia-Pacific and the wider world who wish to gain a deeper understanding of advancement practices in the region and beyond. The main conference features concurrent tracks in Alumni and Community Relations, Fundraising/ Development, Communications and Marketing, Advancement Services, and Leadership – with over 70 sessions with a host of networking opportunities for delegates and sponsors. - The Leadership Forum (16 May)

One of the conference's highlights is a half-day executive leadership programme developed for institutional and advancement leaders to discuss strategic issues and leadership challenges. This forum is designed for Chief Advancement Officers, Directors, and Heads of Higher Education Institutions and Schools, including Principals, Deans, Presidents, and Vice-Chancellors. - The Road Map to Advancement (16 May)
This programme is essential for those new to the profession or early career professionals. This session will equip delegates with a solid knowledge base on advancement and associated portfolios of fundraising, alumni and community relations, marketing and communications, advancement services, and admissions. - Advancement Services - Data Management (16 May)
With an increased focus in recent years across the global Advancement sector on benchmarking, data visualisation and data-driven decision-making, high-quality data has never been more critical. Even so, the fundamentals of effective data management are often not in place. This session will explore the goals and principles of data management and deeply dive into two key functions which are cornerstones of Advancement success - data governance and data quality. - Schools Conference Programme (15-16 May)

This programme offers dynamic opportunities for practitioners from independent and international schools to meet experts and peers through sessions and networking; to delve deeper into common challenges within fundraising and development, alumni and community relations, marketing, communications, and leadership.

For APAC 2019, we hosted 153 delegates for the schools' conference, including the heads of schools' forum, and 483 delegates for the main conference.
