Durham University's gift submission process previously involved an email sent from fundraisers, with subsequent conversations seeking and/or clarifying information. This session covers our journey of building a process within Microsoft 365 that captures all information upfront and has made gift administration at Durham more efficient, collaborative, and transparent.

Harnessing the power of collaboration: This session will focus on how Income Management and Processing teams can build stronger, more impactful partnerships with external Finance, Legal, and Faculty teams. Through practical examples and insights from both successes and challenges, will share a toolkit to enhance cross-departmental engagement and drive more effective collaboration beyond Advancement.
