Eliza McNulty
Eliza McNulty is Director of Donor Relations at Stanford University. She leads the university’s 18-person central donor relations team and works with senior development staff and colleagues across campus to shape the vision for comprehensive donor relations at Stanford. Prior to Stanford, Eliza held donor relations, communications, and development positions at YMCA of the USA, Loyola University Health System, and the Elks National Foundation.
Eliza is Past President of the Association of Donor Relations Professionals (ADRP). While serving ADRP, she advocated for and promoted the donor relations profession, representing the association’s nearly 1,800 international members. Eliza shares her passion for gratitude by speaking, writing, and presenting on effective practices in donor relations and stewardship. She has 25 years fundraising experience in healthcare, university, and national membership offices.

Jen McGrath
Jen McGrath is the Deputy Executive Director of Donor Engagement and Communications for Resource Development at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT.) Her team creates and implements strategies to support donor engagement, fundraising, and stewardship while showcasing and building the MIT story of philanthropy.
Jen has been working in development for more than 25 years with experience in nonprofit, small liberal arts college, and large university settings. In addition to her work in donor relations and communications, she has served in reunion campaign, annual giving, and corporate and foundation relations-related roles.
As a past conference presenter for CASE as well as the Association of Donor Relations Professionals (ADRP) Jen has addressed topics of particular interest to both new and seasoned professionals. She was a member of the ADRP Board of Directors from 2015-2020, serving as President of the Association 2018-2019.
Sarah Sims
Sarah Sims, CFRE, brings more than 20 years of experience in fundraising, donor relations, communications, and higher education leadership to her role as Associate Vice President of Donor Engagement at Texas State University. Known for being a “builder”, Sarah has been responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive donor engagement, recognition, and communications programs from the ground up at several higher education and non-profit organizations. With an eye for strategy and metrics, Sarah has implemented initiatives that have raised significant philanthropic dollars, increased donor retention rates, and effectively stewarded thousands of donors. Holding her Certified Fundraising Executive (CFRE) accreditation and serving in several professional volunteer roles including CASE, AASP, and the Association of Donor Relations Professionals, Sarah is a frequent industry presenter and consults with clients across the country.
Correan Barker
Correan Barker is a dynamic advancement leader with a career spanning a decade in higher education. Throughout his distinguished career, Correan has consistently demonstrated a passion for harnessing philanthropy to drive equitable access to education, the visual and performing arts, and social services.
As the Director of Strategic Engagement at The Evergreen State College, Correan sets the vision and strategies to fortify relationships with constituents. He spearheads high-profile, college-wide initiatives that integrate events and communications for Advancement, the Foundation and the Office of the President and Executive Vice President. Under his leadership, Correan oversees an Engagement Team responsible for delivering impactful alumni programs, annual giving, stewardship, philanthropic communications, and special events. Most recently, Correan successfully led the public launch of Evergreen’s inaugural comprehensive campaign, Forever Green, which concludes June 30, 2024. Currently, he is leading the final campaign community phase and preparations for closing engagement and celebrations through 2025.
A firm believer in centering humanity, authenticity, and creativity at the heart of an organization, Correan leverages systems thinking and data-driven processes that evaluate and enhance collaboration and organizational effectiveness. As a leader, speaker, and advocate, Correan aspires to leave an indelible mark on the advancement profession, inspiring positive change and shaping a future where access to education and cultural enrichment are truly universal.
Correan holds a Master of Public Administration from The Evergreen State College, a Bachelor of Music Performance from the University of Houston, and lives by the motto, “Success is inevitable!”
Kathryn Munro
Kathryn Munro is the Executive Director of Recognition and Stewardship at Dartmouth College, leading the central team of ten. She advances the overall institutional approach to donor recognition and stewardship, with the goal of deepening the relationship that donors of all giving levels have with the institution.
Prior to her arrival at Dartmouth in 2018, Kathryn spent sixteen years in advancement at the University of Toronto, during two Canadian record-setting campaigns. She served as the Director of Principal Gifts, developing and managing strategies for securing gifts from the institution's most generous supporters. Prior to that, she worked with U of T's Faculty of Kinesiology and Physical Education as the Manager of Alumni Relations and Advancement Campaigns. Kathryn holds a BSc in psychology and religious studies from the University of Toronto, and a certificate in business management from the University of Toronto School of Continuing Studies.
Kathryn leads workshops for women based on Tara Mohr's book "Playing Big," and enjoys mentoring and coaching advancement professionals.
