Two months into my first year as a Chief Advancement Officer, I attended the 2020 CASE-NAIS Independent Schools Conference. To say that it set me on my path is an understatement.

I met peers and co-mentors who continue to inspire, guide, and support me. I got to know and initiate a variety of collaborations with my Head of School, who also attended. The breakout sessions targeted critical areas and offered richly layered and substantive lessons that energized, propelled, and substantively shaped my work. I could spend the next five years implementing action steps gathered during the conference.

I can't wait to reconvene online Jan. 26–28 for the 50th Annual CASE-NAIS Independent Schools Conference. I hope to connect with you there!
