DEIB Seminar Series: Gender Impact
Today’s environment calls all of us, and our institutions, to take a critical look at how to better serve our colleagues, students, alumni, and donors through diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging.
This four-part seminar series focused on gender equity and impact on advancement will equip attendees to better collaborate within their teams, and support advancement colleagues to affect change at their institutions by sharing insight and tools they can bring back to their campus to learn, improve, and implement. These expert led sessions will set the building blocks for discussion, address strategies, and provide examples of how to support and advance women throughout the advancement profession.

Launched in July 2021, the CASE OIC: Opportunity and Inclusion Center provides members with valuable trainings, programs, and resources to enhance DEIB efforts specific to advancement.
Registration includes all four seminars in the series. Sessions will be presented live, and recordings will be available at the end of each month.
